  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 year’s Document Control and/ or technical writing experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience managing document control and quality management systems


  • Certified SharePoint Administrator
  • Experience using Oracle ERP
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Previous experience supervising others
  • ASQ CQA (American Society of Quality Certified Quality Auditor)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain an effective Document Control system supporting both our Quality Management System and all functional areas.  Focus will include ensuring documents are suitable for business use while adequately controlled from unintended use. This role will have high visibility and require interfacing with many different functional areas.



  • Maintain controlled documents and ensure only the current versions are available for use
  • Design and manage the Document Control vault
  • Author concise and effective processes and other documents
  • Standardize document templates
  • Participate and lead internal audits while assisting to drive corrective actions
  • Coordinate with respective process owners to assign document numbers
  • Oversee the QMS across multiple sites
