In this role you will lead Quality initiatives and continuous improvement for the Butler, Indiana plant.  This key leadership role will provide you the opportunity to work with many other functional areas both inside and outside the Butler plant. Manage a Quality team consisting of 5 salary associates (Quality Engineers, Supervisor, and Document Control Supervisor) and 40 hourly associates (Quality Technicians and Quality Monitors / Auditors).




    • Manage the Butler Quality Manager Systems (QMS)
    • Drive both internal and external Quality metrics with clear communication to stakeholders
    • Ensure appropriate and timely response to Quality concerns / Voice of the Customer (VOC)
    • Lead and grow the Butler Quality team
    • Collaborate with others on strategic planning and continuous improvement
