    Overview

    Fiberon is expanding their sales team in the Seattle, WA, and Puget Sound area!

    The Territory Manager (TM) is a front line sales position whose role it is to increase Dealer and User purchases of the Company’s products. The TM works both independently and with distribution, as the opportunity requires, to increase the number of purchases by loyal Dealers and Users.

     

    The successful TM will achieve the financial budgets and goals and improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within the Territory. The most important metric is that the Territory achieves its financial budgets.

     

    This will be accomplished through the TM's own efforts, their coaching and mentoring ability, as well as working with the distributor sellers within the Territory. They will engage in the tactical implementation of the Company’s promotions, programs and processes.

     

    The TM will be assigned existing Distributor, Dealer and Users and target Distributor, Dealer and Users within the territory that includes the Pacific Northwest.  The TM reports to the Regional Manager (RM).

     

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

    • Sales, Margin and Expense budget achievement- monthly, quarterly and annually
    • KPIs performance improvement- Fiberon Market Share, Dealer Share, Product Positions and Builder Share
    • Key Dealers and Users acquisition and retention
    • Optimizing local Distribution to grow Market Share
    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • 4 years of college or equivalent work experience in similar role
    • Professional Sales Training program or certificate (strongly preferred)
    • CRM experience (strongly preferred)

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Develops annual business plan with RM which will result in the TM exceeding Territory financial budgets.
    • Conducts professional semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with RM and local Distributors
    • Effectively and consistently utilizes CRM and the Sales Process of the Company
    • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
    • Makes effective presentations using a variety of methods i.e. F2F, Go To Meeting (GTM) to both small and large groups
    • Gathers and remits to Sales and Marketing management competitive programs, promotions and tactics employed
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

     

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Possesses strong sales aptitude with evidence.
    • Hunter/prospecting experience.
    • Will employ Company Sales Process.
    • Able to maintain a schedule in advance.
    • Valid State Issued Driver's License.
    • Able to travel extensively-including overnight 1-2x per week.
    • Must live within the core geography and be willing to move should the core geography change.
    • Microsoft Suite experience and capable- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Enjoys public speaking and has ability to demonstrate products and company advantages to groups of all sizes.

    Candidates for positions with Therma-Tru must be legally authorized to permanently work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including student visas.
