    Therma-Tru Doors has an opening on our Digital team for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage social media platforms.

    As a Digital Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day efforts of our social media platforms and marketing automation efforts across multiple brands. You will interface directly with internal and external teams as you manage, maintain and optimize both social and marketing automation as we strive to be the leader in the door industry in both categories. Social media encompasses calendar and content creation, posting and management to monitoring and engaging. You will also manage or support projects in such key areas as customer journey building, and e-mail development/execution. Administrative responsibilities will encompass analytic reporting from social and marketing automation as well as future test and confirmation of ongoing enhancements.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain all social media platforms across multiple brands.
    • Work cross functionally to create and maintain social media content calendar across multiple brands
    • Analyze monthly social metrics for insights on future content creation.
    • Present insights on content opportunities for future consideration.
    • Assist with any / all paid social activities across all platforms.
    • Manage marketing automation platform for form capture, outbound communications and other impacts across platforms.
    • Analyze monthly outbound communications from marketing automation platform.
    • Create and manage customer journeys within marketing automation for ongoing engagement and drive back to core assets.
    • Engage and manage outside vendors, as required.
    • Support, as needed, other key Marketing team efforts and initiatives.

    A successful Digital Specialist will have:

    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, preferred.
    • Two to Five years of proven Digital Marketing experience either in a corporate or agency setting.
    • Previous experience with major social media management platforms, CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, such as (but not limited to) Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
    • Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
    • Solid communication and project management skills.
    • Solid problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
    • The ability to work effectively in a team or individually and process-based environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must
