    As the Channel Marketing Intern, you will gain first-hand experience with many key Therma-Tru  marketing and communications initiatives, including product launches, shows and events, and channel programs. You will have the opportunity to engage with the Therma-Tru sales team, brand marketing and creative teams to support the needs of the wholesale business unit. 

     

    This opportunity is for a full-time summer and part-time fall internship and could potentially be extended depending on business needs and performance.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing/supporting key customer marketing programs and projects. This will provide experience with: brand management; project management; and customer interaction in the wholesale channel.
    • Lead the tracking and metrics of product displays placed in dealer showrooms.
    • Manage the calendar and creation of the Tru-Distinction dealer e-newsletter, Red Door Insider.
    • Support regional and customer shows and events.
    • Execute sales requests from the field for flyers, signage and customer / market needs.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    A successful Channel Marketing Intern will have:

    • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program focusing on sales, marketing, or related field
    • Should possess knowledge of Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Knowledge of Constant Contact email tool
    • Willingness to learn
    • Creative, flexible and deadline oriented with a basic understanding of project management (planning, organizing, priority setting).
    • Must be able to function in a collaborative team environment.
    • Strong English & grammar skills
    • Great organization skills
    • Must show extreme responsibility

    Candidates for positions with Therma-Tru must be legally authorized to permanently work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including student visas.
