  • Overview

    In this position, you’ll be responsible for:  performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment according to generally accepted safety, predictive and productive maintenance principles and processes.


    Key Functions:

    • Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
    • Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on machines, equipment, and systems.
    • Support and assist in major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects
    • Comply with safety regulations
    • Maintain clean and orderly work areas
    • Assist departmental leadership with housekeeping and 5S standards
    • Other duties as assigned


    Successful candidates will have:

    • 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to read blueprints and machine control schematics
    • Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical controls, and power transmission systems
    • Experience working with PLC, control circuits, and instrumentation
    • Basic machining and welding skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a group
    • Personal hand tools
    • Outstanding attendance

    High school diploma or GED; post-secondary electrical and/or mechanical vocational training preferred
