The Therma-Tru TRU-OP Co-op Rotational Program provides engineering students the opportunity to explore technical opportunities within Therma-Tru and open the door to career opportunities upon graduation. Therma-Tru is looking for today’s most talented engineering students to grow and develop into the technical leaders of tomorrow. Our Tru-Opportunities Program promotes exploration of a wide range of technical functions and career paths within Therma-Tru. Multiple opportunities exist each semester.
Rotation Assignment Locations:
The Tru-OP Engineering Co-op Rotational Program is open to current university students who are pursuing Bachelors of Science degrees in engineering. Successful applicants will have the following goals, demonstrate the following skills, and meet the following requirements:
Candidates for positions with Therma-Tru must be legally authorized to permanently work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including student visas.
What You Will Work On:
Participants can expect a broad range of work experiences over three to five rotational assignments, as well as the opportunity to make a real contribution within the leading manufacturer and most preferred brand of fiberglass and steel entry door systems and key operating company for FBHS.
