    During this internship as Retail Account Management Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    Help Therma-Tru achieve its strategic goals by assisting the Retail Account Manager in day to day activities.   This opportunity is for the Summer/Fall time period, and could potentially be extended longer depending on needs and performance.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, Maintain, Improve sales reporting to internal and external customers
    • Support the Retail Business Unit with ad-hoc financial analysis projects
    • Assist retail management with store assortment and planning
    • Creation and execution of monthly reports
    • Data analysis of by region and by store sales, recognize and summarize key trends and take aways
    • Prepare for and participate in regional distributor meetings to grow business
    • Assist marketing specialist in development and execution of in-store merchandising and store communication
    • May perform other duties as assigned

     

     

    Qualifications

    A successful Retail Account Management Intern will have:

    • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program focusing on marketing, sales, finance, business, or other related field
    • Prior finance experience a plus but not necessary
    • Preferably have junior or senior standing
    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Desire to work in a corporate setting
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision
