  • Overview

    As the Channel Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of custom marketing projects in partnership with our channel partners. Custom marketing projects deliver tailored solutions to various customers and markets to support the growth and expansion of the company’s brands, products and services. In this role you will operationalize Therma-Tru’s 8020 go-to-market strategy by insuring that all our fabrication customer projects drive alignment with our 8020 go-to-market initiatives.

     

    As the Channel Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our custom marketing projects. In this role, you will develop project plans for all custom marketing requests while working cross functionaly with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure quality projects are completed and delivered to the market within scope and on time.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as project mananger for all customized collateral, merchandising aids, promotions, and customized materials in conjunction with Therma-Tru channel partners
    • Implement and drive emphasis of 8020 product strategy by insuring “Featured Products” are included in all custom marketing programs
    • Develop regional templates that inlcude featured products aligned with 8020 strategy work
    • Create and maintain project templates and metrics for reoccurring projects
    • Lead cross-functional teams and reviews with internal Therma-Tru resources (marketing, product management, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, legal, and other teams) and with our channel partner teams to hold all parties accountable to meeting deadlines and committments
    • Prepare and present project updates to internal and external project stakeholders
    • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules with proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution
    • Ensure project deliverables and tasks are appropriately resourced
    • Ensure internal and external project team members are completing tasks to achieve the project’s goals
    • Identify and implement opportunities for program improvements
    • Manage outside agencies and vendors as needed
    • Support other marketing and sales initiatives as needed
    • May perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree preferred
    • 5 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Project Management preferred
    • Direct experience sucessully managing large projects with various internal and external stakholders
    • Experience leading and influencing teams without a direct reporting relationship
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
    • Background in both B2C and B2B marketing preferred
    • Experience with traditional and digital-based marketing tools
    • Experience managing and working with agencies
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and learn quickly
    • Motivated, team player who works well in a cross-functional team environment
    • Advanced communication, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
    • Proven ability to engage and motivate cross-functional groups
    • Solid problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
