As an Associate Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will lead quality and productivity improvement projects tied into the plants overall OEE performance metrics, using continuous improvement tools including DMAIC, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping. You will actively take part in root cause analysis, process documentation, and implementation of corrective actions to solve problems. You will work with and lead dynamic teams to prepare and implement capital improvement projects and drive development of capable and robust products and processes. Work in multiple areas of focus. Will be considered the SME for a single area. Recommends improvement projects. Works along side more experience Engineers to justifies and deploys new process methods and or equipment. Leads smaller cross functional team improvement projects.
