    Therma-Tru is currently seeking a Fypon Sales Representative for the Northeast market to join the Fypon Eastern Region Sales team.

    As a Fypon Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to grow top line sales within the Northeast sales district. Responsible for cultivating relationships with key and prospective customer accounts to drive future sales growth. The Fypon Sales Representative will also act as the district's front-line contact by establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, construction personel, and key dealers throughout the New England Market.

     

    The position is 25% overnight travel, ideally the candidate will be based out of New England.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

            Drive Growth thru Distributor and Dealer Network

    • Execute specific distributor and dealer development plan for assigned territory
    • Work with key distributor and dealer personnel with a focus on driving top line revenue
    • Create and manage targeted customer relationships
    • Work with the Therma-Tru team to drive growth with key account segment

            Replacement & Remodeling

    • Partner with Therma-Tru district representatives in implementing R&R plan
    • Manage individual dealer branch locations located within the assigned district and support with regular training and collaboration with their sales teams 

    Overall Duties:

    • Communicate and train customers on Fypon products and range of value added services
    • Partner with district sales force on Fypon products, programs, and potential service-related issues
    • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Quality regarding new product and competitive information, as well as communicating field and quality issues
    • Attend trade shows as necessary
    • Collaborate with district sales personnel and Regional Sales Manager to develop yearly district plan
    • Effectively handle all administrative tasks (reports, expenses, etc.) in a timely manner
    • Assist in implementation of new Fypon product launches
    • Assist in training for the distributor, dealer, builder and contractor network
    • Attend and support national account sales meetings in the assigned district
    • Ability to travel up to 25%

    Qualifications

    A successful Market Specialist will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-3 years direct sales experience in building products industry preferred
    • Abilility to travel overnight 1-2 nights per week
    • Experience calling on builders, dealers, and contractors
    • Excellent communication and presentation kills
    • Strong nitiative and self-starter
    • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM (Sales Logix)
