Therma-Tru is currently seeking a Customer Service Intern to be located at our Edgerton, Ohio facility.  As the Customer Service Intern you will work with the supervisor and manager on key metrics and special projects while gaining knowledge of the products, customer service, logistics, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about operations. There is a flexible schedule available to meet the needs of your class schedule. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Service Supervisor and Manager in tracking metrics.
  • Support Customer Service team in Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Assist in developing and constructing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in Customer Service
  • Assist the Customer Service Supervisor with monthly Quality Assurance and Scorecards
  • Complete projects and tasks as assigned


A successful Customer Service Intern will meet the following requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or like courses.
  • Proficient computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) required
  • Desire to work in manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
