In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Serve as a point of contact for mid to lower level key customer accounts and sales team members in a team environment. Aid and assist the sales teams with requests for mid-tier key accounts which will allow them the opportunity for additional selling time. Internally segregate and provide customer service levels based on key account status. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: basic account management for mid-level key accounts, project opportunity management and handling escalated issues from customers, team members or sales.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Designated single point of contact for large amount of mid to lower level key customer accounts.
  • Differentiate and provide an appropriate customer service experience based on key account status
  • Perform customer service activities for key accounts and sales team members by responding to inquiries including, but not limited to: order status, order corrections, product information, claims/returns, order processing, account status, sales programs, rush requests, pricing questions, escalated customer issues and quality issues.
  • Drive Fypon growth by managing large orders, sample requests, open quotes, opportunities and projects for key accounts.
  • Proactively identify and communicate freight information to mid-level key accounts with an assigned ship day and manage solutions for customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively as a liaison between sales and with all aspects of the customer supply chain including Product Management, Distribution, Pricing, Business Leaders and Field Sales.
  • Assist in updating key accounts in CRM when/where needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


Successful candidates will have:

  • 3+ years Customer Service/Inside Sales experience
  • Associates Degree desired
  • Millwork/Manufacturing knowledge and experience
  • Proven ability to work independently
