Therma-Tru Doors is currnetly seeking a Customer Account Representative to join the Customer service team in Edgerton, OH. 

 

As the Customer Account Representative, you will develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts and territory managers.  Responsibilities would include overall order management up to and including, entering orders, customer order/load management, problem resolution and driving increased sales revenue for assigned customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and Territory Manager for Therma-Tru Door and Fypon business units.
  • Focus on total customer service including active account management and problem resolution.
  • Research and respond to order status inquiries, expedite requests, inventory and lead time inquiries, sample requests, and pricing/quote requests.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate order entry and management.
  • Interact by telephone with customers, territory managers, and other departments.
  • Support Territory Managers with day-to-day sales activities, such as returns, warranty replacements, and corrective action requests.
  • Knowledgeable about product regulations and specifications.
  • Responsible for keeping customer files and cross references updated as part of overall company strategy and objectives.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

 

A successful Customer Account Representative will have:

  • At least 1 year customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Associates Degree (College Degree desired)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to create relationships and overcome obstacles with a sense of urgency
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Team Player
  • Strong problem solving skills

 

Candidates for positions with Therma-Tru must be legally authorized to permanently work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including student visas.
