Therma-Tru is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our strategic marketing department in our headquarters in Maumee, Ohio.

 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and support the Marketing Operations team with various digital marketing program execution and administration. In this position, you will direct the day-to-day work on our websites, mobile apps and digital platform tools such as a DAM and CMS. You will also lead or support projects in such key areas as search engine optimization and marketing (SEO & SEM); e-newsletter & email development/execution; new software implementation (MarTech stacks); UX / UI; social media; web/app metric review and analysis; and visualization tool development.

Administrative responsibilities will encompass budget management; analytic reporting and analyzing; and digital tool testing/validation. You will interface directly with internal and external IT/IS teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of digital projects. You will also work directly with our different business unit teams to assist them with their digital marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement website and mobile app maintenance and changes.
  • Manage SEO, DAM, and CMS system updates, maintenance, and changes.
  • Analyze and interpret monthly site and app metrics and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide competitive benchmarking support.
  • Manage budget administration and forecasting.
  • Assist with adherence to corporate directed digital security practices and procedures.
  • Function as a liaison between Marketing and Information Services on processes and tasks associated with managing digital tools, where applicable.
  • Lead Digital tool validation and quality assurance testing support.
  • Establish and manage program and project budgets, as required.
  • Manage outside vendors, as required.
  • Support, as needed, other key Marketing team efforts and initiatives.

A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, preferred.
  • 3-plus years of Marketing experience either in a corporate or agency setting, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading cross functional team projects.
  • Previous experience with DAM, CMS, Marketing Automation, Web Reporting platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and learn quickly.
  • Persuasive communication and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Effectively work in a team and process-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office a requirement.
